Returns and Refund Policy


We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. Once your return has been requested, you have 14 days from date of delivery to send the item back. Please be aware that if a return is authorized, you will be sent a Return Label as well as a RMA Number. Any return items must be sent back and examined for acceptance. Once the item(s) are accepted, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please continue reading for some special case examples or other restrictions that may apply. Please be aware the 14-Day return policy only applies to New or strictly specified items that state their acceptance policy in the item description.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. A pre-paid return label will be sent to you free of charge for eligible “14-Day Free” returns. Any returns that fall outside of these guidelines may have to be paid by the buying party. No returns are guaranteed free unless they are brand new items. 

Please be aware that you will be responsible for any and all Customs and Duties or Import Taxes that apply to your item. Deluxurious does not handle this. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

This also may include certain distributor direct items or items that were purchased direct from distributors. In many cases returns are accepted but are not guaranteed. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

PLEASE BE AWARE, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Items purchased through an online sale event or markdown is of more than 25% off of origin price cannot be returned. This includes any and all items that are part of a short term or ongoing sale event if it’s price is more than 26% off or any items that are marked “FINAL SALE” or NRPO (Non-Returnable Pre-Owned) with the exclusion of an item that is grossly misrepresented in its condition or that is not matching the item in which you purchased. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Return shipping is paid on any eligible order. An eligible order is any purchase in New Condition that includes items that are no more than 25% off of origin price and have been purchased and return requested within the first 3-Days of that item being delivered. Returns requested after 3 days have passed our eligible request period and will not be guaranteed to be honored or accepted. If you send a non-returnable item back without a valid authorization, it will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you at your expense.

We are not responsible for any items shipped back without a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and you assume responsibility and risk of loss or theft.
